486 middle-aged and elderly cadres according to smoking and participation in physical exercise or not, divided into exercise non-smoking group, exercise smoking group, not exercise non-smoking group and non-exercise smoking group, and their cardiopulmonary function test-based health check . Statistical analysis showed that the incidence of abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) in smoking group was significantly higher than that in non-smoking group; ECG abnormalities in exercise group were found between smoking exercise group and non-exercise group, and between non-smoking exercise group and non-exercise group The rate was significantly lower than the non-exercise group. Therefore, smoking can increase the incidence of ECG abnormalities in the elderly, and participate in physical activity can reduce the abnormal ECG incidence.
