使用溶液体积为1.0 mL的液体标准源对LaBr3(Ce)γ谱仪进行了效率校准,液体标准源采用外径16 mm、壁厚0.5 mm的玻璃安瓿瓶封装。标准源包括由241Am、109Cd、57Co、139Ce、51Cr、113Sn、85Sr、137Cs、54Mn、65Zn、60Co和88Y组成的混合标准源,以及109Cd、57Co、139Ce、54Mn、65Zn和22Na等单能光子标准源,能量范围覆盖59.5~2 000 keV。校准时LaBr3(Ce)γ探测器距源25 cm。图1为本试验得到的效率校准曲线,170~1 836 keV能区效率不确定度在2%(k=2)以内,由于LaBr3(Ce)γ探测器低
The LaBr3 (Ce) gamma spectrometer was calibrated for efficiency using a liquid standard source with a solution volume of 1.0 mL and a liquid standard source in a glass ampoule of 16 mm outside diameter and 0.5 mm wall thickness. The standard sources include a mixed standard source consisting of 241Am, 109Cd, 57Co, 139Ce, 51Cr, 113Sn, 85Sr, 137Cs, 54Mn, 65Zn, 60Co and 88Y and single energy photon standards such as 109Cd, 57Co, 139Ce, 54Mn, 65Zn and 22Na Source, the energy range covers 59.5 ~ 2000 keV. The LaBr3 (Ce) γ detector is 25 cm from the source during calibration. The efficiency calibration curve obtained in this experiment is shown in Fig.1. The efficiency uncertainty of 170 ~ 1836 keV energy range is within 2% (k = 2). Since LaBr3 (Ce) γ detector is low
