早产儿尤其极低出生体重儿 (VLBWI) ,是导致新生儿死亡及致残的主要原因。随着围产医学的发展 ,早产儿出生率逐年增加 ,如何及时救治这些高危新生儿 ,提高治愈率 ,减少伤残率 ,将是我国新生儿急救医学研究的重要课题。现回顾性分析近年于我院NICU救治的VLBWI死亡原因及相关因素
Premature babies, especially those with very low birth weight (VLBWI), are the leading causes of neonatal death and disability. With the development of perinatal medicine, the birth rate of premature babies increases year by year. How to timely treat these high-risk newborns, improve the cure rate and reduce the disability rate will be an important issue in the emergency medical research of neonates in our country.
