The majority of women workers are an important part of the working class in China and the backbone of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. They are the active participants and practitioners in the construction of good social habits and professional ethics and are the basic forces for promoting the progress of civilization in human society. The important intellectual resource of the strategy of strengthening the country is a great force for promoting the development of social history.
