江门市江海区目前的城市功能发展现状滞后,所属下的高新区尽管是国家级高新区,但在产业集聚、城市功能建设等方面仍存在很多问题,引发了一系列空间问题,随着区域格局的规划化动,在新的发展形势、产业需求和政策引导下,城市发展和产业转型更新对江海区的要求和定位不断提升。基于此,参照其他城市的产城融合的成功例子,以江门市江海区为例,探讨产城融合型的江海区发展的内涵、特点,并提出几点设想,以期为江海区未来的发展提供一些借鉴。
