一、会议的主题和交流的主要内容国际植保会议,每届有一个主题。第11届国际植保会议的主题是:发展中国家的植物保护工作。根据这一主题,会议期间安排有全体大会和专题学术组报告会进行交流和讨论。在全体大会的学术报告会上,其中有一位菲律宾农业官员作了“植保工作在菲律宾农业生产中的作用”的报告,一位菲律宾农民作了题为“发展中国家的植保问题”的发言。在闭幕式上,特别安排了4位世界有名望的科学家作了专题报告。即,联合国粮农组织 Lukas Brader 博士作了“植保工作在发展中国家的必要性和发展方向”的报告,我国植保学会名誉理事长、北京农大沈
First, the theme of the meeting and the main content of the exchange IPPC, each theme has one. The theme of the 11th IPPC is Plant Conservation in Developing Countries.
