每一次的领导班子配备和调整,都需对干部进行考察,尽管考察组在考察中做了大量的工作,然而,仍有考察失真的现象。有缺点有问题的干部没有如实地反馈,提拔到领导岗位后政绩平平;有能力有魄力的干部没能提拔重用,埋没了优秀的干部,这是干部考察工作的一个失误。
Every time the leadership team is equipped and readjusted, it is necessary to conduct an inspection of the cadres. Although the inspection team has done a great deal of work during the inspection, there is still a phenomenon of examining the distortion. The cadres who have shortcomings and problems did not truthfully give feedback and the mediocre performance was achieved after they were promoted to the leadership positions; those cadres who are capable and courageous failed to promote and reuse and buried excellent cadres; this is a mistake made by cadres in their inspection work.
