14例急性脑梗塞患者(病程平均2天)采用血液稀释疗法:静脉放血同时输入低分子右旋糖酐,每日1次至红细胞压积接近35%时停止。治疗1周后高切率全血粘度、低切率全血粘度明显降低(P<0.01)。1个月后平均病情评分增高(P<0.01)。治疗总有效率为92.9%。疗效满意组平均年龄小于疗效不满意组(P<0.05)。
14 patients with acute cerebral infarction (duration of an average of 2 days) using hemodilution therapy: venous bleed while input low molecular weight dextran, once daily until the hematocrit close to 35% stop. After one week of treatment, the viscosity of whole blood and the rate of whole blood of high shear rate decreased significantly (P <0.01). After 1 month, the average condition score increased (P <0.01). The total effective rate was 92.9%. The mean age of patients with satisfactory effect group was less than that of the unsatisfactory effect group (P <0.05).
