随着电视业市场转型持续深入发展及大数据时代的兴起,我国各级电视台陆续尝试推出新的管理机制。电视节目作为电视行业庞大系统的产出品,因其产品形式、社会影响的特殊性,对其有效地进行评估一方面可以实现精准管理,提升节目品质,更好地满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求;另一方面,也是电视台内部考核工作人员绩效,促使节目优胜劣汰的有力手段。本文根据国家新闻出版广电总局下发的《关于建立广播电视节目综合评价体系的指导意见(试行)》(以下简称《指导意见》),试探讨多元生态、多数据指标相融合的电视节目综合评估新动向。
With the continuous deepening of the transition of the television industry and the rise of the big data era, China’s television stations at all levels have been trying to introduce new management mechanisms. As a large systematic output product of the television industry, television programs, because of their product form and the particularity of social influence, can be effectively evaluated on the one hand to achieve accurate management, to enhance program quality and to better meet the growing spiritual culture of the masses Demand; On the other hand, it is also a powerful means of internal performance evaluation of TV stations to promote the survival of the fittest program. Based on the Guidance Opinion on Establishing the Comprehensive Evaluation System of Radio and Television Programs (Trial Guidance) issued by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (the Guidance Opinion), this paper attempts to discuss the comprehensive evaluation of television programs integrating multi-ecologic and multi-data indicators New trends.
