全膜双垄栽培技术是一项集雨、保墒、抑蒸、增温为一体的旱作农业技术,可以最大限度的保蓄农作物生长期间的全部降雨,减少土壤水分无效蒸发,保证作物生育期内水分供应,增加有效积温,是我省目前增产效果最明显的措施之一。分别在西宁市郊区、大通、湟中、湟源、民和、乐都、平安、化隆、循化、互助、同仁、尖扎、共和、贵德、贵南、乌兰、都兰、格尔木市、德令哈市、门源20个县(市)实施。2015年全省完成面积130.041万亩。其中:秋覆膜面积77.145万亩,春覆膜面积52.896万亩。
