随着外向型经济的发展,出口收购业务的不断扩大,改进外贸企业内部经营机制,在外贸体制改革中,进一步落实以经济责任制为中心,保证完成和超额完成国家下达的承包指标为目的;在宏观控制下,积极拓宽出口商路,参加国际经济大循环,为国家多出口、多创汇,发展我国国民经济,促进四化建设,是我们每一个外贸企业和每一个职工的责职。
With the development of the export-oriented economy, the business of export acquisitions will continue to expand and the internal operation mechanism of foreign trade enterprises will be improved. In the reform of the foreign trade system, we will further implement the economic responsibility system as the center and ensure the completion and over-completion of the contracting targets issued by the state.
