邛崃市是四川省较早进行中小企业产权制度改革的县 (市 )之一 ,并取得了较好的效果。但是 ,部分改制企业仍存在着内部治理结构不完善、运作不规范、转机力度不够和管理薄弱等突出问题。解决这些问题的主要办法是 :加大配套改革力度 ,着力解决难点问题 ;规范公司制改革 ,完善法人治理结构 ;加大科技创新力度 ,提高企业管理的现代化水平 ;实行低成本扩张 ,加快大公司、大集团的培育。
The city of Xuyi is one of counties (cities) that carried out the reform of the property rights system of small and medium-sized enterprises in Sichuan earlier, and achieved good results. However, some of the restructuring enterprises still face prominent problems such as the imperfect internal governance structure, the non-standard operation, the inadequate transformation and weak management.
