Reasonable planting technology is an important basic measure for high and stable winter wheat yield, and it is also an important condition to increase fertilizer yield. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between different N and P fertilizer rates and the optimal sowing date of winter wheat under different soil fertility conditions.
