随着深圳经济改革的深入,在特定条件下,出现了一批新型经济实体——集团公司。这批综合性、多功能的集团公司模式不同,特点各异,但均对深圳及内地的经济、贸易、技术、金融等方面产生了巨大影响。中国有色金属总公司深圳联合公司(以下简称“联合公司”)便是其中一个类型。它在几年的实践中探索出一条自我发展、自我完善的路子,并在经济活动中显示出极大的潜力和优势,也为深化经济体制改革提供了一条新的思路。
With the deepening of Shenzhen’s economic reforms, a number of new economic entities—group companies—have emerged under certain conditions. The comprehensive and multi-functional group companies have different modes and different characteristics, but all have a huge impact on the economy, trade, technology, and finance in Shenzhen and the Mainland. China Nonferrous Metals Corporation Shenzhen United Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “United Corporation”) is one of the types. In a few years of practice, it explored a path of self-development and self-improvement, and showed great potential and advantages in economic activities. It also provided a new way of thinking for deepening economic system reform.
