在油漆和建筑涂料的涂刷工艺方面,我国长期以来,一直沿用手工涂刷和压缩空气喷涂等落后的工艺。用手工涂刷,生产效率低,劳动强度大;而用压缩空气喷漆,不但涂料浪费严重,污染环境,损害身体健康,而且只能喷涂低粘度油漆,却不适应高粘度油漆和建筑涂料。为解决上述弊端,我们研制的PWD—8L型高压无气喷涂机,是在消化吸收国外先进技术的基础上结合我国的实际情况进行设计的。
In the paint and architectural coatings brushing process, our country has long been using hand-brushing and compressed air lagging behind the process. Paint by hand, the production efficiency is low, labor-intensive; and with compressed air paint, paint is not only serious waste, polluting the environment, damage to health, and can only spray low viscosity paint, but not suitable for high viscosity paint and architectural coatings. To solve the above shortcomings, we developed the PWD-8L high pressure airless sprayer, based on the digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology based on the actual situation in our country to design.
