民族地区经济发展滞后于发达地区,这对国家的发展来讲必须引起注意,应当尽量消除民族地区经济发展与其他地区的差异,做到协调发展,共同发展。“中国梦”作为作为新一届领导人提出的治国理念,对于我国民族地区经济法制建设具有重要作用。本文对“中国梦”的历史演进作出梳理,进而分析“中国梦”的内涵及其价值取向,并对当前民族地区经济法制建设现状进行分析,对此提出了“中国梦”指导下的民族地区经济法制之完善对策。
The economic development in ethnic areas lags behind that in developed areas, which must pay attention to the development of the country. We should try our best to eliminate the differences between the economic development in ethnic areas and other areas and achieve coordinated development and common development. As a concept of running a country as the new leader, “Chinese Dream” plays an important role in building the economic legal system in our ethnic minority areas. This paper analyzes the historical evolution of “China Dream” and then analyzes the connotation and value orientation of “China Dream” and analyzes the status quo of economic legal system in ethnic areas at present. Guided by the ethnic minority areas of the economic legal system to improve countermeasures.
