针对我国大学生体质健康水平逐年下降的严重问题,运用文献资料法和专家访谈法对大学生的生理和心理特点进行了分析,探讨了体育锻炼如何促进大学生的身心健康发展等问题,并从体育锻炼习惯的培养和计划的制定等方面提出对应的解决策略,以期促进我国大学生身心健康水平的提高。
Aiming at the serious problem of college students’ physical health declining year by year, this paper analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of college students by using the methods of literature review and expert interviews, and discusses how physical exercise can promote the physical and mental health of college students. And the formulation of plans to put forward corresponding solutions strategies, with a view to promoting the improvement of physical and mental health of college students in our country.
