目的正交试验优选复方清血片的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计法,以落新妇苷、黄杞苷、总黄酮的含量和浸膏得率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、加醇倍量3个因素对乙醇提取效果的影响;以总多糖、没食子酸的含量和浸膏得率为指标,考察煎煮次数、煎煮时间、加水倍量3个因素对水提取效果的影响。采用层次分析法确定综合权重,对实验结果进行综合评价。结果复方清血片醇提的最佳工艺为10倍量70%乙醇,提取2次,每次2 h;最佳水提工艺为:加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论验证试验表明优选出的提取工艺稳定,合理,可行。
Objective Orthogonal test optimization compound Qingxue tablets the best extraction process. Methods The effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time and alcohol times on the extraction of ethanol were studied by orthogonal design method with the contents of astilbin, flavonoid and total flavone and the yield of extract. The total polysaccharide, gallic acid content and extract yield as an indicator to investigate the boiling times, boiling time, water times the three factors on water extraction effect. Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the comprehensive weight of the experimental results of a comprehensive evaluation. Results The optimal extraction process of Compound Qingxue tablet was 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol, extracted 2 times for 2 hours each time. The optimum water extraction process was: adding 10 times of water and extracting 3 times for 1 hour. Conclusion Validation tests show that the extraction process is stable, reasonable and feasible.
