目的:加强基层疾病预防控制工作管理,引导提升基层疾病预防控制工作水平。方法:改革基层疾病预防控制工作考核模式,改定期考核为平时考核、即时式督查考核和年终考核评估相结合的模式。结果:有利于挖掘基层疾病预防控制工作潜力,减少考核误差,及时落实工作,提高基层疾病预防控制业务水平等。结论:与其他常见的考核方式相比,改革后的考核模式具有工作落实及时,督促引导有效,考核公正有效等优势,并建议进一步完善。
Objective: To strengthen grassroots disease prevention and control work management, and to guide grassroots disease prevention and control work. Methods: To reform grassroots disease prevention and control work assessment model, to change the period of assessment for the usual assessment, real-time inspection and assessment of the year-end assessment of the combination of mode. Results: It is helpful to tap the potential of grass-roots disease prevention and control work, reduce assessment errors, promptly implement the work and improve the prevention and control of grass-roots disease prevention and control business. Conclusion: Compared with other common assessment methods, the reform assessment model has the advantages of timely implementation of work, supervision and guidance, fair and effective examination and other advantages, and suggests further improvement.
