随着城市建设的发展,大小型公共建筑和住宅,外装饰采用面砖镶贴的日益增多。面砖饰面效果庄重,色彩鲜艳、耐久、普遍受到欢迎。但是由于施工不善,也存在墙面渗水,影响室内正常使用的现象。面砖饰面外墙渗水维修不易,而且由于内部积水,如遇冻融循环,还会造成面砖松动、脱落,影响正常使用效果。分析其渗水原因主要有三点:
