Electronic reading room is a new service for the teaching and research institutions to provide information services. How to use the electronic reading room to improve the overall quality of college students, give full play to the electronic reading room in the role of information services, better for the school teaching and research to provide quality services. This article puts forward some suggestions on how to use electronic reading room to play a role in cultivating high quality creative talents.
