目前油轮泄漏时,清除海面油污比较困难,如采用以往的方法速度慢,污染得不到及时治理,为了快速清除海面油污,保护海洋的清洁卫生,本文对智能化油污快速清除系统进行了研究。此系统是在油污吸取器上方安装有一个高分辨率的摄像头对海面油污进行识别,经图像处理后获取数据,再由单片机来控制储油船前方的油污收集器在运动中收集油污,经软管输送到油泵,把油污抽到储油船上的油水分离器,进行油水分离。这种清除油污方法比普通清除油污方法工效高、清除干净、污染少,因此可用于清除大面积海面油污染。
