目的分析新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州(简称巴州)2007~2011年法定传染病流行特征,为疫情监测和制定传染病防控措施提供科学依据。方法用描述性流行病学方法对巴州2007~2011年网络报告的各类法定传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2007~2011年巴州报告法定传染病31种,累计报告发病57 281例,年均发病率为959.88/10万,男性为33 315例,女性为23 966例;死亡79例,年均病死率为167.51/10万,男性为61例,女性为18例;发病人群主要集中在15~54岁,占总发病人数的64.22%;发病率居前五位的传染病依次是乙型肝炎(428.82/10万)、肺结核(137.59/10万)、其他感染性腹泻(64.13/10万)、梅毒(50.03/10万)和麻疹(46.13/10万);发病职业以农民、学生和工人为主,分别占29.30%、11.04%、10.51%。结论网络直报有利于提高传染病报告质量和传染病疫情管理,以乙型肝炎、梅毒为主的血液及性传播疾病和以肺结核为主的呼吸道传染病是巴州公共卫生预防和控制工作的重点,同时,需加大托幼机构、学校传染病疫情监控力度,做好防范工作。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Xinjiang Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture (abbreviated as Bazhou) from 2007 to 2011, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of various statutory infectious diseases reported by Bazhou from 2007 to 2011. Conclusion Direct online reporting is conducive to improving the quality of infectious disease reports and epidemic management of infectious diseases.
