The formation and development of sedimentary basins depend on the evolution of the global lithosphere. It is only by understanding the characteristics of the evolution of the lithosphere that it is possible to understand the formation conditions and the further transformation (until partial or total destruction) of the basin in the historical stage, while the petroliferous basins with their unique distribution are the result of the evolution of the lithosphere . Therefore, we can use plate tectonics theory as the best basis for the study of the development history of sedimentary basins. Each phase of the lithosphere evolution will form a sedimentary basin with a certain type of structure completely compatible with it. Geotectonic mechanisms (stretching, crushing, “passive” subsidence) and geotemperature, which control the evolution stages, determine the shape of the sedimentary basin
