以正常中国人脐带血提取的基因组ＤＮＡ为模板，采用ＰＣＲ方法扩增人Ｇ－ＣＳＦ基因组基因．通过优化和筛选扩增条件，使用不同的ＤＮＡ聚合酶，采用碱变性模板和热启动等方法，成功地获得了１．５ｋｂ的Ｇ－ＣＳＦ基因．对利用ＰＣＲ方法扩增大片段ＤＮＡ进行了讨论
Genomic DNA extracted from cord blood of normal Chinese was used as a template to amplify the human G-CSF genomic DNA by PCR.
