政以才治,业以才兴。为改进和加强全市干部教育工作,2002年,市委、市政府积极整合全市干部教育培训资源,成立市行政学院和社会主义学院。转眼之间,两个学院已走过十载征程。十载风雨传承勤奋耕耘,十载革故鼎新励精图治。十年的风雨历程中,两个学院在市委、市政府的领导下,遵循“立行立德、求实求新”的院风和“爱国、团结、民主、求实”的宗旨,教学培训、科学研究、决策咨询等各项工作取得显著成绩,先后举办培训班170期,培训学员近4万人次,
