随着医疗行业竞争的加剧,公立医院必须要做出适当的改变和调整,获得更好的发展。公立医院财务风险的产生来自多方面,有政策、行业特殊性、医疗技术等。通过加强医院的财务风险意识,促进医务人员工作能力和道德水平的提高,转变公立医院的管理理念和管理模式,建立风险预警系统,帮助医院更好地规避财务风险,降低损失。
With the intensification of competition in the medical industry, public hospitals must make appropriate changes and adjustments to achieve better development. Public hospital financial risk comes from many aspects, there are policies, industry specialties, medical technology and so on. By strengthening the hospital’s awareness of financial risks, promoting the improvement of working ability and moral standard of medical personnel, changing the management philosophy and management mode of public hospitals, establishing risk early warning system to help hospitals to better avoid financial risks and reduce losses.
