经济重心向西偏北移动和区域间发展差距的缩小,是中国经济发展空间格局上出现的新变化,这对于改变中国区域发展的不平衡状况无疑具有积极意义。 2004年以来,中国经济发展的区域格局出现两个新趋向,即全国经济几何重心向西偏北转移和区域间发展差距呈现稳定和缩小态势。如何认识这两个现象发生的原因,进一步判断发展的趋势,是分析和把握未来中国区域经济格局必须回答的问题。
The shifting of the economic center of gravity to the north and the narrowing of the disparity between regions are new changes in the spatial pattern of China’s economic development. This undoubtedly has positive significance in altering the imbalance in the development of China’s region. Since 2004, there have been two new trends in the regional pattern of China’s economic development. That is, the national economic center of gravity has shifted northward and westward and the gap between the two regions has shown a steady and narrowing trend. How to understand the causes of these two phenomena and further determine the trend of development is the issue that must be answered in order to analyze and grasp the future pattern of China’s regional economy.
