目的 观察不同消毒剂喷雾法对口腔印模的消毒效果.方法 采用模拟现场消毒试验方法,对2种消毒剂喷雾法消毒口腔印模的消毒效果进行观察.结果 以有效氯浓度为1000 mg/L的含氯消毒液对口腔印模进行喷雾消毒作用2 min,对污染的大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和鲍曼不动杆菌的杀灭对数值为2.13～2.45.用浓度为2000 mg/L的复方双链季铵盐消毒剂口腔印模进行喷雾消毒作用30 s,对上述3种细菌的杀灭对数值均>5.0.结论 复方双链季铵盐消毒剂可用于藻酸盐口腔印膜喷雾消毒.
