选用阿莫西林治疗大鼠乙酸胃溃疡,并用无水乙醇作为再损伤因素,观察大鼠溃疡愈合后胃粘膜再损伤情况。结果显示,灌注无水乙醇后,大鼠胃粘膜损伤的面积为;未经治疗的溃疡组大鼠>无溃疡的正常大鼠>经阿莫西林治疗的溃疡组大鼠;乙酸对大鼠胃浆膜面的刺激不仅导致了溃疡的形成,还减弱了胃粘膜抗乙醇再损伤的能力;阿莫西林可增强大鼠胃粘膜抗乙醇再损伤的能力。
Amoxicillin was used to treat acetic acid gastric ulcer in rats, and anhydrous ethanol was used as the re-injury factor to observe the gastric mucosal re-injury after ulcer healing. The results showed that the area of gastric mucosal lesion in rats after perfusing anhydrous ethanol was: ulcer rats in untreated group> non-ulcer rats> ulcer rats treated with amoxicillin; acetic acid in rat stomach Serosal surface stimulation not only led to the formation of ulcers, but also weakened the gastric mucosal anti-ethanol re-injury capacity; amoxicillin can enhance gastric mucosal anti-ethanol re-injury capacity.
