碎石压重水下施工在南水北调总干渠应急抢险工程中的应用,主要用于总干渠衬砌面板、基床等水下结构物被洪水冲刷破坏的应急抢险。引起这种破坏的主要原因是在外力作用下,结构物表面附近水流速度过快,超过了结构物组成物质的起动速度,导致结构物被水流淘蚀、冲刷。这种外力包括外来水作用、地下水作用和恶劣天气等。目前,常用的一些针对抛石基床、边坡等的防冲刷方法,但是在抛石的过程中对总干渠的混凝土表面有损伤,不能保证混凝土面板的完整,所以采用碎石装袋压重。为了减少水流对已经变形的衬砌面板二次破坏,碎石压重需要进行水下施工来满足施工要求。文章结合南水北调总干渠应急抢险工程为例,讨论了碎石压重在应急抢险工程的具体应用,供类似的工程借鉴。
The application of gravel pressure underwater construction in the emergency rescue project of the main canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is mainly used for emergency rescue of under-water structures such as lining panels and foundation beds damaged by flood erosion in the main canal. The main reason causing this damage is that under the action of external force, the water velocity near the surface of the structure is too fast, which exceeds the starting speed of the material of the structure, causing the structure to be eroded and washed away by the water. This external force includes the effects of external water, groundwater and bad weather. Currently, some of the commonly used anti-erosion methods for riprap beds and slopes, etc., but damage to the concrete surface of the main canal in the process of riprap can not guarantee the integrity of concrete panels, so the use of gravel packing pressure . In order to reduce the secondary damage to the already deformed lining panel, the gravel pressure needs to be submerged to meet the construction requirements. Combining with emergency rescue project of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, this paper discusses the concrete application of gravel pressure in emergency rescue project for reference of similar projects.
