体内和体外实验证实,外周血单个核细胞能向平滑肌细胞分化,同时还带有干细胞的标记,因此人们提出了平滑肌祖细胞的概念。大量实验证实不同来源的平滑肌祖细胞参与了血管病变的形成过程。本文综述了平滑肌祖细胞的一般特性以及其与动脉粥样硬化和血管机械损伤等血管疾病之间的关系。
In vivo and in vitro experiments confirmed that peripheral blood mononuclear cells can differentiate into smooth muscle cells, but also with stem cell markers, so people put forward the concept of smooth muscle progenitor cells. A large number of experiments confirmed that different sources of smooth muscle progenitor cells involved in the formation of vascular lesions. This article reviews the general characteristics of smooth muscle progenitor cells and their relationship to vascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and vascular mechanical injury.
