DSP/BIOS主要是为需要进行实时调度和同步以及主机与目标系统之间通信和实时检测的应用而设计的,它包括抢占式多任务内核、硬件抽象层、实时分析工具和配置工具。实时焊缝位置检测是自动化焊接领域研究的一项重要课题,直接影响着焊接质量的好坏。本文介绍了在DSP/BIOS多任务环境下对焊缝图像进行实时处理的具体实现方法以及在开发期间应注意的一些问题。
DSP / BIOS is primarily designed for applications that require real-time scheduling and synchronization, as well as communication and real-time detection of host-to-target systems, including preemptive multitasking cores, hardware abstraction layers, real-time analytics tools, and configuration tools. Real-time weld seam position detection is an important issue in the field of automatic welding research, directly affecting the quality of the welding quality. This article describes the DSP / BIOS multi-tasking environment for real-time weld image processing methods and some of the issues should be noted during development.
