通过文献考证,探讨了古今侧柏叶炮制应用,搞清了自古以来临床药用分为单方和复方、生品和制品、汤剂和丸散、内服和外用原理。制法以炙(炒)者居多,其目的有缓解燥性,增强药效之意。经综合分析历代诸多方剂,生熟均有良好止血功能,主症并无绝对区别。依传统经验为据,制熟应以微炒为妥,现行侧柏叶炭应迅即建立客观质控标准,以确保饮片质量和药效。
Through literature review, we explored the application of ancient and modern side-by-side leaves of Paeonia lactiflora, and found out that the clinical medicine has been divided into unilateral and compound medicines, raw products and products, decoctions and pills, internal medicine and external use principles since ancient times.
