临床输血技术质量控制的目的是确保病人输血安全有效。为此各医院的输血科及血库必须全面认真贯彻实施卫生部发布的《采供血机构和血液管理办法》,同时结合每个医院的具体情况,制定输血技术的质量控制办法,强化血液质量的监控机制,确保输血安全。下面就我院临床输血技术的质量控制谈几点体会。
