超负荷、高强度工作的社会精英;地位显赫、事业有成的企业家;工作特殊、位高权重的公务员;是令社会敬仰和羡慕的骨干群体。但是环境、目标和个性多种因素的特殊性决定了他们都是心理亚健康的高发人群;执著的追求、社会的压力迫使他们不断拼搏,不断地挑战自己的身心极限,从而制约了他们领导力的发挥,最易身心疲惫、情绪不稳、个性变异。鉴于此,本文探讨领导者心态培育的问题,寻求心态调整对领导者们跨越人生的障碍,拥有十足的自信,施展才华,提升领导力的积极作用。
