1976年底我院试制成功一台以氩为载气应用自积分热导原理同时测定碳、氢、氮三元素的自动分析仪,1977年初开始投入使用,至今已三年多,现将使用情况,包括对样品测定的适应性能,测定误差介绍于下。在第一年的使用中曾发现极少数属氮杂环类难分解样品的碳测定值偏低约1%,后来我们将用做氧化管的不锈钢管改为石英管,就不再发生碳值偏低;这是由于不锈钢管在高温900℃有氧存在下被氧化,这样势必消耗测定过程中一部分供氧量,从而影响样品氧化完全引起碳值偏低。
