组织蛋白酶B是半胱氨酸蛋白酶的一种,与肿瘤进展高度相关,其在多种恶性肿瘤中高表达。组织蛋白酶B在肿瘤分子靶向治疗中具有重要意义。本文从组织蛋白酶B生物学特性,内、外源性抑制剂以及基于其特性的前体药化合物等方面最新研究进展进行综述。
Cathepsin B is a cysteine protease that is highly correlated with tumor progression and is highly expressed in a variety of malignancies. Cathepsin B is of great importance in tumor molecular targeted therapy. This review summarizes recent advances in the research of cathepsin B biological properties, exogenous and endogenous inhibitors and prodrug compounds based on their properties.
