时光如流水,转瞬间快到年底了,《税收征纳》杂志将要走过二十年全国公开发行的历程。怎样来纪念这样一个艰辛的旅程和值得纪念的这个日子。我想到了曾晴每期撰写的导读。我从1997年3月调来《税收征纳》杂志编辑部当日,即开始接手,以“曾晴”名义为本杂志写导读,到年底将写就二百一十二篇。这二百多篇导读,见证了杂志的发展历史,反映了武汉社会经济与税务的天光云影,也折射了本人主编杂志的心路历程。古人云:“立片言以居要,乃一篇之警策。”我以为:“著短小刊首语,乃一册之精妙。”一篇文章尚且如此,一册杂志更
