使用前瞻性设计方法,在河南推拿职业学院选择在校盲生与非盲生各100名进行心理认识、专业认知、专业学习状况问卷调查。共发出纸质形式问卷200份,回收200份,回收率100%,有效问卷200份。心理认识:盲生性格内向、孤僻、自闭比较突出;专业认知:盲生对专业认知度概念模糊,认识不清楚,学习动力不足,积极性、主动性不高;专业学习盲生学习状态不佳,课余学习时间不多,学习动力不足,方法单一,自暴自弃者较多。提出以下措施帮助提高盲生专业思想:1.加大盲生的心理辅导,使之尽快融入集体;2.通过优秀毕业生座谈会、老专家讲座的形式,提高盲生的专业认识,增强学习的积极性;3.建立盲生专业课学习兴趣小组,互帮互助,共同成长;4.使用多媒体教学在内的多种教学方法,适当增加教师示教时间,便于学生掌握手法技能;5.组织盲生同学利用假期时间,在按摩诊所实习,切实体会针灸推拿的优越疗效,增强职业成就感。
Using the forward-looking design method, we selected 100 in-service blind students and non-blind students in Henan Tuition Polytechnic Institute to conduct questionnaire survey on psychological awareness, professional cognition and professional learning. A total of 200 questionnaires in paper form were issued and 200 copies were recovered with a 100% recovery rate and 200 valid questionnaires. Psychological knowledge: blind students personality introverted, withdrawn, autistic more prominent; professional knowledge: blind students on the professional awareness of the concept of ambiguity, lack of understanding, lack of motivation, enthusiasm, initiative is not high; professional learning blind learning status Poor, little time to learn after class, lack of motivation to learn, a single method, more self-defeating. Put forward the following measures to help improve the professional thinking of blind students: 1. To increase the psychological counseling of blind students, so as soon as possible into the collective; 2. Through outstanding graduate seminars, lecture experts in the form of old experts to improve blind professional knowledge and enhance learning The enthusiasm of the students; 3. To establish a group of blind students interested in learning interest groups, help each other and grow together; 4. The use of multimedia teaching, including a variety of teaching methods, appropriate to increase teacher teaching time for students to master skills skills; Students take advantage of holiday time, practice in the massage clinic, earnestly understand the superior efficacy of acupuncture and massage, and enhance the sense of professional accomplishment.
