随着互联网技术的飞速发展,网络也被一些不法分子利用。日前,以网络为犯罪载体或者作为犯罪分子入侵客体的犯罪案件频发,同时,网络犯罪案件的特殊性为电子数据取证带来很大的挑战。本文结合侦查实验法律依据、目的,对网络犯罪电子数据取证中侦查实验方法进行研讨,对依法打击网络犯罪具有实践意义。 With the rapid development of Internet technology, the network is also used by some criminals. Recently, criminal cases involving the use of the Internet as a carrier of crime or as a criminal element have become frequent. At the same time, the particularity of cybercrime cases poses a great challenge to the electronic data forensics. Combining with the legal basis and purpose of investigative experiment, this article discusses the investigation methods of detection in cybercrime electronic data forensics, which is of practical significance to combat cybercrime by law.
