在现有的药业生产过程中,药品生产的监控模式大部分都是人工的、离线的和非实时的,导致生产过程缺乏客观有效的监管手段,设备故障、人为操作失误导致工序错误等问题无法及时发现,制约了生产效率、产品质量以及安全生产能力的提高。本文将视频监控技术应用在药业生产管理过程中,使得生产过程的监控更加规范化、精细化和智能化,还有效确保生产过程数据的真实、完整、可靠及可追溯性。
