目的:探讨妥布霉素对动物眼睛感染模型局部治疗作用。方法:分别采用03%妥布霉素(试验组)、03%氧氟沙星(药物对照组)滴眼液与生理盐水(空白对照组)滴于家兔被绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌感染的角膜上,观察炎症变化及细菌培养结果。结果:对绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌感染的兔眼,试验组和药物对照组应用第二天分级评分趋于零,细菌培养转为阴性,空白对照组无变化。结论:妥布霉素局部应用对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌感染有效,对前者尤为有效。
Objective: To investigate the local therapeutic effect of tobramycin on animal eye infection model. Methods: 03% tobramycin (test group), 0.3% of ofloxacin (drug control group) eye drops and saline (blank control group) were dripped in rabbits by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus infection of the cornea, observe the changes in inflammation and bacterial culture results. Results: In the rabbits eyes infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus, the grading score of test group and drug control group tended to be zero on the second day, and the bacterial culture turned negative. There was no change in the blank control group. Conclusion: Topical tobramycin is effective for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus infection, especially for the former.
