本文阐述了W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2钢经1050~1230℃温度范围内几种温度淬火加热,随后采用油冷、620℃分级冷却及270℃等温淬火,再经200℃、550~560℃温度回火等热处理工艺,并测定了经上述工艺处理后试样的硬度、冲击韧性及红硬性等指标的数据。此外,还对该钢的硬度与回火温度间的关系作了探索。
This article describes the W6Mo_5Cr_4V_2 steel quenching and heating at several temperatures in the temperature range of 1050 ~ 1230 ℃, followed by oil cooling, 620 ℃ cooling and 270 ℃ isothermal quenching, and then by 200 ℃, 550 ~ 560 ℃ tempering and other heat treatment process, The data of the hardness, impact toughness and red hardness of the sample after the above process were measured. In addition, the relationship between the hardness of the steel and tempering temperature was also explored.
