新年伊始,国务院就业工作部际联席会议的18个成员单位的领导分别带队组成10个联合检查组,分赴18个省、自治区、直辖市和3个企业(集团)检查督导全国就业再就业政策的落实情况。春节前夕,联席会议办公室召开联合检查汇报会,劳动保障部副部长、联席会议办公室主任张小建在会上作了重要讲话。他指出,2006年是党中央国务院实施积极就业政策的第四年,全国就业再就业工作在各地党政领导的高度重视和各有关部门的积极参与下,通过检查我们可以放心地说,2006年就业再就业工作取得了明显地进展;各级各有关部门加强指导、通力协作,使积极的就业政策得到了较好地落实;各地在就业再就业工作中千方百计,大胆实践,开拓创新,开创了就业再就业工作的新局面,特别是对困难群体的就业援助卓有成效。但是,也要冷静地看到新的挑战,就业再就业的任务仍很艰巨,特别是解决历史遗留问题的任务仍很繁重,不能有丝毫地松懈。部分就业再就业政策落实难,部分下岗失业人员还没有享受到优惠政策,需要在提高政策的成效上下功夫。他还指出,通过这次检查,各地都有不少好的典型经验和亮点,要加以宣传和推广。为此,本刊编辑部特编辑了各检查组带回的一些典型经验,分两期加以刊登。
