一、前言QY-40电子力矩限制器,是我厂于1977年为试制QY-40液压汽车起重机而研制的自动过负荷保护装置,并经过一个阶段的试用得到了较好的效果。电子力矩限制器,能在使用起重机时,可以迅速而准确地检测出起重的实际负荷,当实际负荷接近或超过本起重机额定的安全范围量时,力矩限制器能迅速地通过装设在该起重机操作室内的指示仪表,向操作人员发出予报或警报信号,并在紧急的情况下,向工作机构发出使起重机自动停止作业的命令(见图1)
I. Introduction QY-40 Electronic Torque Limiter is an automatic over-load protection device developed by our company in 1977 for the trial production of QY-40 hydraulic truck crane. After a period of trial, it has achieved good results. The electronic torque limiter can quickly and accurately detect the actual load of lifting when using the crane. When the actual load approaches or exceeds the rated safety range of the crane, the torque limiter can be quickly mounted on the crane. The indicating instrument in the operation room of the crane shall send a warning or warning signal to the operator, and in case of emergency, issue an order to the working organization to stop the crane automatically (see Figure 1).
