保健保偿的基本内容是:孕妇交纳一定金额的保偿金,医院免费对其进行产前检查、产后访视、免交接产费,如出现问题及纠纷,由医院按规定赔偿。儿童按年龄分别交纳保偿金,医院免费提供儿童体检12次,系统进行儿童生长监测;按程序接种卡介苗、麻疹、脊髓灰质炎、百白破、流脑、乙肝等疫苗;对贫血、佝偻病进行预防性投药;定期对入保者进行健康指导和优生优育教育,如入保儿童出现贫血等疾病,医院按病种给予赔偿。
