艾滋病病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)抗体检测是目前判断HIV感染最常规的方法,检测试剂的质量是保证检测结果准确性的基础[1]。为了解HIV抗体诊断试剂的质量,为选择高质量的试剂提供参考,云南省艾滋病确证中心实验室每年均对试剂质量进行评估,现将2010-2012年HIV抗体诊断试剂评估结果总结如下。1材料与方法
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody testing is the most common method for judging HIV infection. The quality of testing reagents is the basis for ensuring the accuracy of test results [1]. In order to understand the quality of HIV antibody diagnostic reagents and provide a reference for selecting high-quality reagents, the quality of reagents is evaluated annually by the HIV / AIDS Confirmatory Center Laboratory of Yunnan Province.
