对10根E43型焊材刻痕杆进行常温拉伸断裂试验。通过建议的金属静水应力型广义屈服模型和椭球面断裂准则的ANSYS二次开发软件,对试验结果进行数值模拟。数值模拟结果和试验结果吻合较好,通过模拟得到的断裂常数CI和应力三维度分析结果显示:焊材刻痕杆刻痕根部的中心应力集中明显,率先形成初始裂纹,并向四周扩展,直至宏观断裂。这与试验观测和记录的结果吻合较好,说明建议的金属静水应力型广义屈服模型和椭球面断裂准则对预测焊材断裂具有很高的精度。
Ten E43 welding consumable scoring rods were tested at room temperature. The experimental results were numerically simulated by the proposed ANSYS secondary development software of metal hydrostatic generalized yielding model and ellipsoid fracture criterion. The numerical simulation results agree well with the experimental results. The simulation results of the fracture constant CI and the stress three-dimensional analysis show that the central stress at the root of the scored bar of welding consumables is concentrated intensively, the initial crack is formed, Macro fracture. This is in good agreement with the experimental observations and recorded results, indicating that the proposed metal hydrostatic generalized yielding model and the ellipsoid fracture criterion have high accuracy in predicting the fracture of the welding consumables.
