当我们埋首于编辑本期杂志之时,“上海只有华山一条路”“上海人必须要有忧患意识”等话语,在沪上各家媒体和各种会议上,频繁出现,成了近来上海舆论的主调。 “华山天险一条路”这一警句的“原创”,正是中共中央政治局委员、上海市委书记陈良宇同志。这一警句的提出,是提醒我们全体上海人,在取得承办APEC会议、申办世博会、磁浮列车运行等一系列成功与辉煌之后,要切切实实地看到我们将要面对的各种挑战与危机,要始终保持强烈的忧患意识。
